We are Titan Orbyt Technologies LLC ("Titan Orbyt", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our registered address is Office 1-24A, Floor 1, Al Khabeesi Building, Al Khabeesi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our trade licence number is [trade licence number].

These terms apply to the website at https://tot.ae and any page under that domain (the "site"). They apply to the site only. Our products and our client services are covered by their own agreements, as explained in the sections below.

The site exists to tell you about Titan Orbyt, our products and our services, and to let you contact us. You may browse it and share links to it freely.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

The newsletter box on the site is not connected to a mailing service at this time. Submitting it stores nothing. If you want to hear from us, email hello@tot.ae.

You do not need an account to use the site, and the site does not offer one. There is no login, no password and no profile.

Our products ScoreDeck and Astro21 may require accounts on their own sites. Those accounts are governed by the terms published there, not by these terms.

Everything on the site that we created belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us. This includes the text, the design, the code, the Titan Orbyt name and wordmark, the orbit mark, and the ScoreDeck and Astro21 names and logos.

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, publish, sell or redistribute any part of the site, or use our names or marks, without our written permission.

Names and logos of third parties shown on the site belong to their owners. Their appearance does not mean they endorse us or that we endorse them.

You agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm us, the site or other visitors. In particular, you must not:

• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server that hosts it, or any connected system.
• Probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl or copy the site in bulk by automated means, other than ordinary search-engine indexing.
• Use the site to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to impersonate us or anyone else.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the laws of the United Arab Emirates or of the country you are in.

The site describes two products we build and run. Each one is a separate service with its own site, its own terms of service and its own privacy policy. Those documents, not these terms, govern your use of the product.

ScoreDeck, a live sports score bar that floats over your work, is at https://tryscoredeck.pro.

Astro21, a 24/7 astrology platform, is at https://www.astro21.io.

Product descriptions on the site are a summary. If anything here differs from what the product's own site says, the product's own site and terms apply.

We work for clients on software, SaaS products, deployment, AI, cyber security and marketing. Every engagement is governed by the written agreement, proposal or statement of work signed for that engagement.

These terms do not form part of any client agreement and do not create one. Nothing on the site is an offer that can be accepted simply by contacting us. A contract with us exists only once both sides have agreed its terms in writing.

Prices, timelines and scope mentioned on the site, if any, are indicative and may change.

The site links to other websites, including our product sites and third-party services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

Background videos on the site are delivered through a content delivery network operated by Amazon Web Services. Fonts are served from our own site. We do not embed third-party advertising or social-media widgets.

If you send us content, for example an email with a brief or a file, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no promises that it is complete, correct, current, secure or free of errors or viruses.

Nothing on the site is legal, financial, medical, astrological or other professional advice. Information about our products and services is general. Decide for yourself whether they suit you, or ask us.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations about the site, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the extent the laws of the United Arab Emirates allow, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it. This includes indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business, and loss of goodwill, however it arises.

Where liability cannot be excluded under UAE law, our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us to use the site. The site is free, so that amount is zero.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Liability under any client agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this section.

If your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the site, causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to compensate us for the losses, costs and reasonable legal fees we incur as a result, to the extent UAE law allows.

We will tell you about any such claim promptly and will not settle it without giving you a reasonable chance to respond.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when the site gains new features or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.

Material changes will be shown on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. If any part of them is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies.

If we do not enforce a right under these terms right away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business.

These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version prevails.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim. Before going to court, please contact us first. Most issues can be settled with an email.
